Ingredients: brandy 1 shot fuji apple ginger beer Goldschlager 1 shot honey syrup 1 oz ice Cookware: cocktail shaker lowball glass Steps: In a cocktail shaker, combine a shot of Goldschlager, a shot of brandy, and a oz of honey syrup with a handful of ice. Shake well until the mixture is chilled Strain into a a lowball glass with ice, top off with some ginger beer. I highly recommend getting a good quality, preferably fresh ginger beer that has a lot of bite to it. Here in Austin, I prefer the Extra Ginger SoCo Ginger Beer. Gently add a sprinkle of edible gold glitter to the top and garnish with a a slice of fuji apple. The canonical way to drink, is to chase it with a bite of the apple slice.
