Providing strong nourishment to the tree creatures, it was shared to the Hobbits Merry and Pippin by Treebeard. Although they said it provided a nourishing and cool feeling, it also gave the Hobbits 3 inches of height. Ingredients: fresh mint granny smith apple 1 honey 2 tbsp large seedless cucumber 1 mint bunch 1 sparkling water Cookware: juicer muddler Steps: Juice your a large seedless cucumber and a granny smith apple in a juicer. I left the skin on just because a lot of the nutrients are in the skin. Combine your a mint bunch, 2 tbsp of honey, and a few tablespoons of your fresh cucumber apple juice to a cocktail shaker. Gently use a muddler to muddle the ingredients until the mint leaves release all their goodness. Strain out the mint leaves and add in the rest of the juice. Top it off with some some sparkling water and garnish with some some fresh mint. You can adjust the sweetness with more honey and enjoy! ```
